Job Summary - TEACHER

Conduct and manage live online and in-person syllabus-aligned tutorials. Also, provide 1-on-1 support to students as needed. Mentor students with the goal of fostering skills for examination success.

Enjoy flexible hours. This is a part-time online-only position. You decide the number of hours per week you are able to work.

PAY - Teaching Jobs

We offer generous opportunities to earn well above the market average compensation rates. You will have a BASE SALARY RATE which is based on the number of hours that your work. Your base salary rate is negotiable and depends on your qualifications, experience and other factors.

Additionally you will have a PERFORMANCE SALARY which is based on objective performance metrics (eg: customer satisfaction ratings/reviews, punctuality, email response time, policy compliance, etc.). You will also have the opportunity to earn BONUSES based on the academic performance of your students.

The sum of your BASE SALARY and PERFORMANCE SALARY would range from $45 to $100 PER HOUR. BONUSES are then added on top of base salary and performance salary. The average annual bonus for a personal tutor with 40 students achieving grade 1’s (A’s) is approximately TTD$4000.00.
